Concessions Inventory is a concession stand inventory app. It stores most operational data on the device in a local SQLite database. Optional cloud sync uses Supabase for signed-in workspace members.
Data the app handles
- Account email and Supabase Auth user ID when you create or sign in to an account
- Workspace membership, role, and invitation email addresses
- Inventory catalogs, quantities, base stock, costs, prices, notes, and shopping assignments/status
- Sessions, history, seasons, reports, timestamps, and change history fields such as updated_by
- Sync metadata (cloud IDs, revisions, pending/conflict status)
- Auth session tokens stored on-device by the Supabase client
Data the app does not collect
- Advertising identifiers or ads
- Analytics or crash-reporting SDKs
- Precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or cross-app tracking
- Payment card information
Exports and backups
You can export or share a copy of the local database. Export copies strip stored auth_user_id and auth_email settings. The remaining file can still contain inventory, costs, notes, shopping assignments, and history from that phone. You choose where to send it through the system share sheet. The app does not upload exports automatically.
Cloud retention
If you use a workspace, operational inventory belongs to the workspace. After account deletion, personal account data is removed. Shared workspace inventory and history are kept unless you are the sole admin and choose to delete that workspace. Identifiers that pointed at the deleted user are anonymized to “Former member” where they would otherwise retain a personal email or user ID.
